SALES PROFESSIONAL

The job
As our new sales professional you are responsible for managing and expanding our portfolio of clients. You will acquire new projects and prospects and respond to inquiries from current clients. You will achieve long term social impact by creating cool interactive experiences for our clients. Therefore, you put together the best energy floor set up for their events, prepare quotations and proposals and turn them into deals. You will work on various projects at the same time and make many phone calls in both English and Dutch.

You work closely together with Energy Floors’ production team to determine the best plugins for our energy floors and cooperate with Marketing & Communications to generate new leads in event and creative industries.

Your tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for proactively growing the sales volume in the Benelux and Germany
- Acquisition of new projects and customers, i.e. event locations and event organizers
- Preparing presentations, quotations and proposals
- Account management and cooperation with local clients and partners
- Responsible to reach personal sales target by closing deals via phone and email
- Signaling and responding to trends and market opportunities
- Create sales reports to monitor results and determine actions
- Willing to travel internationally (up to a few days per quarter)
- Reports to and works closely together with our Sales Director

Your profile
- Commercial Bachelor’s Degree, advanced degree is a plus
- Proven track record in B2B sales (3-5 years)
- Preferably a(n international) network within one of the following markets: marketing, event or entertainment business
- Strong written and oral communication skills: fluency in Dutch and English
- Strong sense of market needs
- Key words for this position: sustainability, result oriented, self-starter, flexible, pioneer, affinity with innovation and technology
