Meeting & Events

For the Meeting & Events department of the luxury Conservatorium hotel in Amsterdam, we are looking for a curious and supportive trainee to strengthen the department. During this internship you will learn everything you need to know to succeed in your career.

A Commitment From Us:

- Support the Meeting & Events Sales team with the daily operations;
- Independently handle group reservations for the Brasserie, Taiko restaurant and Tunes Bar;
- Handle small events in one of our 6 Event spaces from A-Z;
- Perform Site Inspections;
- Overall assisting the Meeting & Events team with projects;.

A Commitment From You:

For this opportunity we are looking for a student who thinks he or she is familiar with the following profile:

- You are dedicated to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external guests;
- Excellent command of Dutch and English spoken and written;
- Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully;
- Hands-on mentality and team player
- You have a critical eye for detail and can deal with deadline
- Flexible and stress resistant
