Marketing Executive

Who are we?

Roveg Fruit & Vegetables is a global trading company in fruit and vegetables. We sell our products to retail, wholesale- and catering companies in Europe and the Middle East. Our headquarter is located in Waddinxveen, the Netherlands and we also have a subsidiary in Chile. We import a wide range of (exotic) fruits and vegetables from designated producers from all over the world. We have our own ripening facilities and packing solutions. Roveg is a fast growing and ambitious company with a distinguishing flexibility and personal attention for our customers, producers and employees.

What will you be doing?

You will be part of an international, professional and dedicated team. Within our team you will be responsible for the marketing of our brands and products . You are aware of the situation in the market and you are able to act on tactical and strategic level. You report directly to the Manager Retail.

What do we expect?

You have extensive marketing/category management experience in the FMCG with preferable retail experience in fruits and vegetables. We expect you to be fulltime available, you have a commercial mindset and you can communicate professionally. You are educated at minimal higher professional (HBO) level and think and act accordingly.

You will be responsible for :

  • Prepare, realize and coordinate all marketing activities;
  • Initiating new product combinations and develop new packagings;
  • Together with our retail team you make a category plan for our accounts;
  • Develop and implement online marketing campaigns for social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram;
  • Develop and maintain our current websites;
  • knowledge of and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress and Google Analytics;
  • Recognizing and analysing relevant trends within the market.
