In order to meet with the higher demands of technology, Topcon is expanding the events team in Europe. We are looking for an Event Coordinator EMEA.

The Event Coordinator EMEA works with both BU and Country organizations as well as our vendors to manage and execute trade shows and events in the different countries.

Typical events to manage are European-wide tradeshows (Bauma/Intermat/Intergeo), product introductions, European sales trainings, business development conferences, customer days and supporting national Topcon organizations.

Core responsibilities:
- Plans and executes marketing events, such as trade shows and customer related events
- Coordinates logistics, including registration and attendee tracking
- Provide presentation and materials support
- Create pre- and post-event evaluations
- Procures and coordinates vendor services
- Coordinates facility, exhibit set-up, equipment and catering requirements
- Provides on-site event support.
- May research potential event locations and evaluate alternatives.

- Reporting and analytic skills
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities
- Delivering events on time, within budget
- English, Dutch and German speaking/ writing
- A few years’ experience in organizing international events
- Potentially work during weekends
