Our newly launched Enlit Europe brand brings together industry leading news, media and events for the energy industry - an industry in transition, an industry with a purpose!
The opportunity:
To join our Marketing Team, we are looking for a Customer Engagement Executive who will proactively execute campaigns to get our Live and Online content in front of the best possible audience, expand the Enlit Europe community, increase customer engagement, attract new audience profiles and give all clients a brand experience unlike any other.
Key Responsibilities:
PROMOTION
• Get Enlit Europe’s digital and live content in front of our target audience through the production of weekly email campaigns
• Proactively utilize social media to increase customer engagement
• Market Enit Europe’s membership offering by engaging people with our Swapcard platform which combines premium content, tech, networking and other benefits.
• Play a leading role in hitting audience related revenue numbers
REPORTING
• Report on results of campaigns to the marketing, sales and content teams
• Report on feedback from and development of our engaged community members
• Report on customer feedback related to our live event programme
CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Cultivate relationships with key audience representatives via phone and email
• Create an outstanding and highly personal customer service that fits the Enlit brand.
• Answer questions from (potential) attendees
• Manage the live event registrations in Circdata
• Gather customer feedback and communicate to different departments
Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:
• Experience with customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable on the phone with high-level executives
• Entrepreneurial work ethic with analytical mind-set and ability to problem solve and troubleshoot to ensure continuous improvement
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Strong communication and organisation skills; keen attention to detail.
• Dependable, resourceful and always on the lookout for ways to improve our attendee experience.
• Fluent in English
• Experience with Pardot and Circdata is a big plus
