Wanted: a natural networker with strong communication skills to take the BCF Career platform to the next stage. BCFcareer.com is thé career platform for all students and professionals in Life Sciences in the Netherlands and Belgium. The platform offers vacancies, employer profiles, background articles, experience stories, information on career events, career links and much more! As the BCF Community & Content Manager you will be responsible for taking the platform to the next phase, growing the platform and the BCF community!

You will develop and execute the strategy for (more) content creation, expand and maintain the network of external editorial contributors, publish content on the website, develop and send out the BCF periodic newsletters, be the first-point-of-contact for employers that want to publish on the website, (co-)organise and (co-)host periodically online career workshops.

  • BSc or MSc - level
  • Very strong writing and editing skills in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Natural networker with many connections in the Life Sciences sector
  • Self-starter attitude: you get going without much nudging from others
  • Keen interest in career related topics
  • Preferably experience with social media, digital marketing and/or content marketing
