Job Description
Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial sales-driven individual to join the Digital + Content team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of growing and dynamic team committed to business growth, creativity and success. Servicing all departments within our clients office. This is a unique opportunity to lead from the front in the developing Digital and Content business unit. The role comes with long term career growth prospects depending on the successful performance of the candidate in this role.

About the Role
The primary objective of the Digital and Content Sales Executive is to drive sales for the Digital and Content Sales Team. It will be the candidate’s responsibility to deliver revenue and act as the “Engine Room” behind the team’s revenue performance. With revenue streams coming from multiple channels, it will be the role of the Digital and Content Sales Executive to ensure a constant flow of weekly and monthly revenue. The individual will be selling Digital and Content packages that have been customised around our events that sit within the Food and Pharmaceutical global portfolios. Our Digital and Content product offering includes a broad range of Online and Live Marketing Services such as Targeted E-Solutions, Online Directories, Conferences and Mobile Applications.

All of the work will be telesales based and will involve calling our existing clients who exhibit with us at our exhibitions to sell them our Digital and Content Solutions.

The team is looking to grow and expand based on the candidate’s successful performance over time. It is fundamental that the successful candidate is self-motivated, commercially-minded and hungry to succeed. The role will be highly metric-driven in order to secure the necessary revenue figures required for the individual and team to hit their sales targets.

Core Deliverables

- To achieve monthly revenue targets
- To maintain and update all sales reporting
- To adhere to KPIs such as call times and proposals sent
- To aid in the building of customized event packages
- Work closely across event sales teams to understand the needs of customers and events
- Be the best you can be!

The successful candidate needs to have...

- Experience in B2B telesales
- Proven experience in achieving targets
- Proven experience in adhering to KPIs and metric-driven sales
- Selling Media based products is preferred but not essential
- Appetite to sell and pull in new Digital and Content revenue
- Self-motivation and be success driven
- Desire to improve
- An ability to work in an international environment with colleagues from different nationalities and cultures
- An ability to sell internationally and speak to clients in their tongue
- To be creative and strategic
